We accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping). Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked service. Custom-made, sale, and one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable. For exchanges, return the original item, and we’ll apply the purchase amount as credit toward your new item.
